What Can Congress Do?

“The constitution supposes, what the History of all Governments demonstrates, that the Executive is the branch of power most interested in war, and most prone to it....It has accordingly with studied care, vested the question of war in the Legislature.”

James Madison

Bush has no authority to attack Iran but I don't think that's going to stop him. Back before the Iraq war I suddenly got the feeling that Bush was going to do it, that it didn't matter what the facts were. I get that same feeling now, Bush is going to invade Iran, maybe not a full invasion, perhaps just bombing, but he's already made up his mind and we all know that NEVER gets changed. He will lead us all off a cliff without ever a shadow of doubt or hesitation.
