Rachel re: Bob Graham

Nancy Pelosi says the CIA lied to her about waterboardeing and didn't tell her about it. Enter former Florida Senator Bob Graham, who also says he wasn't told about it at around the same time. And it turns out that 3 of the 4 meetings the CIA said they had with Graham didn't actually happen. How do we know this? Bob's got notebooks, lots and lots of little spiral notebooks.
